However, living here for over 3 years taught me a different lesson. Even though America is far from the Utopia most people think it is; even though it still has a long way to go in terms of mirroring the image it portrays to the outside world about being an egalitarian society — dreams do come true here. For native-born Americans, for immigrants, for everyone in the US, dreams come true. So instead of worrying about the moral decadence in the country, instead of fussing about political shenanigans,
focus on learning whatever you need to in order to achieve your American dream.
